Congratulations to the Union City High School Girls' Swim Team Captain, Zoe Joss! She is a wonderful kid who is a hard worker both in the water and in the classroom. This weekend, she broke the school 100 Butterfly record for the second time with a time of 1:01.92. We are proud of you, Zoe!

Black History Month is an annual celebration of achievements by African Americans and a time for recognizing their central role in U.S. history. Since 1976, every U.S. President has officially designated the month of February as Black History Month. Other countries around the world, including Canada and the United Kingdom, also devote a month to celebrating Black history.

Recently, the Union City High School HOSA hosted their 10th annual Alumni Night. Stephany Bravo (2013), Matthew Abril (2014), and Areli Lira (2023), answered questions and offered guidance to current members regarding school, career, and life in general. We are so grateful to them for generously spending some time with us!

Union City High School celebrated the January 2024 Students of the Month! We are so very proud of these incredible, well-rounded students. Their dedication is quite admirable and are an excellent example of the Union City School District.

Congratulations to the incredible winning artwork from the UCHS & JMSA Natural High Art contest! The goal of the Natural High Art Contest was to encourage students to share and express what makes them "high" naturally without the need for substances. The thought-provoking and inspiring submissions we received exemplify the success of this mission.
