Hello everyone, as we begin with the month of May, we celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week, a reminder of the upcoming Fashion Show, the Uniform Drive and other meaningful dates as the 2024-2025 school year continues. Thank you for taking the time to review the Union City High School Weekly Update.

The Union City School District would like to acknowledge the importance of Mental Health Awareness Month which is from May 1st to May 31st. The theme for Mental Health Awareness Month 2025 is "Turn Awareness into Action". The theme this year encourages individuals and communities to move beyond simply recognizing the importance of mental health and to take concrete steps to improve it. This includes actions like practicing self-care, advocating for change, and seeking support.

Please be advised the Union City Drillettes Dance Team will be hosting an Interest Meeting on Friday May 19, 2025 at 3:15PM and Auditions on Wednesday My 28, 2025 at 3:15PM. Both are in Room 1313. Thank you for taking the time to review the all of the pertinent information provided below.

Union City High School & the José Martí STEM Academy presents their annual "Dance Company Showcase"! It will be a performance entirely run by the dance company students, from the choreography to the music, tech design, programs and posters. Please come out to support these incredible artists on May 15, 2025.
