On Friday January 6, 2023, 33 Union City High School DECA students traveled to Kean University to participate in the NJ DECA Central Conference. They represented Union City High School with professionalism. 18 students will have the opportunity to participate in the NJ DECA State Conference this coming February.

The Union City High School Lady Eagles Basketball team were featured in the Jersey Journal recently for winning the Sectional Championship in 2022.
