Union City High School would like to congratulate Ms. Marilyn Erazo and the Fashion Club for putting on an incredible show last week, on Friday, May 10, 2024. It was a truly amazing show by everyone involved.

Congratulations to Union City High School Fashion Club members Isabella Vallejo and Lisbeth Tavard (Team: Aquamarina) for placing as one of the 10 designs chosen to represent the USA at the world competition for Junk Kouture! Congratulations to all of the students involved, as well as Ms. Marilyn Erazo and Ms. Kelly Wenz.

Congratulations to the Union City High School Theatre Department for last week's performance of this year's revival of "Trauma Club". This original piece was created by Mr. Anthony Gusevich and his ensemble students in 2023, and it received 8 nominations for the Montclair State University's Theatre Night Awards. Members of both Union City High School and the José Martí STEM Academy participated in the production, including Mr. Anthony Gusevich and Ms. Ariane Ryan.

On May 2-3, 2024, Union City High School presented our annual Spanish Play, "Bullying in Conference", directed by Ms. Betty Belle Bautista. It was an exceptional production and these students are truly talented.

Union City High School's Culinary Program provided a special dinner to local senior citizens and PERC shelter community members last week, on the opening evening of our annual Spanish Play, "Bullying in Conference", directed by Ms. Betty Belle Bautista. Following the amazing food, members of the community were invited to stay for the performance.
