Working papers are provided and certified every Tuesday in the main office of Union City High School by Ms. Ana Fests.
Please bring the following documentation:
1. Copy of Social Security card
2. Copy of Birth Certificate
3. Proof of Residency (Phone Bill, Cable Bill, Rent Receipt, etc.)
