Union City High School's HOSA-Future Health Professionals chapter hosted their spring blood drive on Friday March 13, 2020. The event was organized by the UCHS HOSA Vice President Elayni Echavarria in coordination with New Jersey Blood Services, and resulted in the collection of 185 units of blood, saving 555 lives! There is currently a critical blood shortage due to so many blood drive cancellations, and UCHS HOSA is proud to have been able to help.
