Congratulations to UCHS's very talented fashion design students who competed in the National Association of Sewing and Design Professionals. Angela T., a UCHS Senior, won Best Desing and was awarded $500. The Audience's Choice was awarded to Yeilin S., a UCHS 2019 graduate, presently studying fashion design at Bergen Community College.
The competition was comprised of students throughout the Union States on the high school and college-level which took place in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
These wins reflect the endless hours Ms. Monica Merino spend working with her students. These young ladies demonstrated their talents and creativity and represented Union City proudly. As is the Union City Community.
