Union City High School Prevention Coalition Holds "Town Hall" on Drug & Alcohol Abuse Prevention for Parents and Guardian

District Student Assistance Counselors Natalie Santamaria and Victor Roveda, along with other speakers, recently held a “town hall” meeting for parents where they presented important information about drug and alcohol prevention among young people.

The meeting was sponsored by the Union City Prevention Coalition (UCPC), a non-profit community-based organization affiliated with the District and the City of Union City, and took place in the high school.

The UCPC works year-round with the District and the City to promote awareness of drug and alcohol abuse, and to help people who need assistance.
