Language Arts
The Union City High School English Language Arts Department strives to reinforce and develop an appreciation of communication arts through experiences in reading, speaking, listening and writing. Each student is provided an educational environment, which allows for divergent learning styles. Instruction is geared toward fostering an appreciation of international authors, past and present, whose works serve as a reflection of history, culture and opposing ideas.
